Pattinson has said that he was self conscious by rumours of a romance with Megan Fox. The 'Twilight' chunk said that he was embarrassed to read gossip columns claiming that he had taken the 'Transfomers' beauty. The stars fuelled speculation about a relationship when they posed for photos together at the Teen Choice Awards. Fox had consequently dismissed the reports, insisting that she hardly knows the Brit heart- throbs. For Pattinson it is a very cringing. "I would not be that unpleasant if I was to go on a date." He also admitted that his friends were very awed by the rumours. He told "I kept getting all these texts from my mates in England saying, 'Who are going out with Megan Fox?"
